How to find singles over 60 near you
When you join Single 60s you give your town or city, and you choose how far you are willing to travel and the age range you want to meet. Your daily suggestions then favour people inside that circle, and when you browse you can see roughly where each member lives. You can do all of this on a free account.
Nobody sees your address. Members are shown only your nearest town or city, so a search "by postcode" works the other way round: you tell the site where you are, and it tells you who is nearby, without your exact location ever appearing on your profile.
Three settings worth getting right
- Distance. In a city, ten or fifteen miles can be plenty. In the countryside, or if you drive, try thirty or more; a market town an hour away is still a sensible first date.
- Age range. Widen it by five years either way at first. Plenty of people in their late fifties want to meet someone a little older, and the reverse.
- What you are looking for. Friendship, something long-term or something more relaxed. Being honest here means fewer wasted conversations.
